I will note, though, that my 25mm wide GP5000s are heavier than the equivalent size GP4000SII, while also being slightly narrower. Also, they seem to ride a bit softer, but deader, if that makes any sense.

They're very quick – as quick as the previous 5000 TL version – the grip in both the dry and wet is excellent, and side wall protection has been bolstered. However, like their predecessors, they do still appear to be a bit of PITA to fit to certain rims.

Sounds fair enough with wide internal rims. I have a 28f and 32r on my 25int 32ext hookless WR50s. (not GP5kSTR) 55psi at each end is plenty of pressure.
